Now I don't know about you, but when two disparate legal decisions end up serving the Public Money Ruling Class, I get the shivers...  The EPA may track anybody in the affected 9th Circuit States with GPS...

In a blatantly anti-yokel ruling, the 9th Circuit adamantly increased State's reach into our property to remove the privacy of any yokel's physical property not enclosed in a building envelope.  I'm sure sensing this, Obama prevents any non-State actions against CO^2 emitters so as to prolong the open court revelations that the EPA is up to Agenda 21 Shenanigans using regulations to eat away at our rights based on the criminal IPCC reports.

Can't let the cat out of the bag with precedents set in open Court against the State's anti-human UN IPCC agenda... Now that NGO's and Unions have been legislated into the boardroom, Obama is just covering the Agenda's ass..  Every action against Freedom is predicated on the CO^2 is Evil idea... Isn't any ideology that enshrines the regression of our Societies and Peoples to tribalism as that ideology's creed just plain anti-human in general?  Our lives don't suck because of CO^2 emissions.  The great lie and coverup that is plain as the nose on your face is the simple fact that CO^2 is good for agriculture...
